City of Winter Haven Announces Mandatory Grant & Aid Training Sessions for 2026 Applicants1/27/2026 The City of Winter Haven has announced the schedule for its mandatory Grant & Aid training sessions for organizations planning to apply for funding in 2026. Attendance at one in-person training session is required for an organization to be eligible to apply for Grant & Aid funding. All training sessions will cover the same information, and seating is limited. Advance registration is required.
Organizations are strongly encouraged to have the representative(s) who plan to complete the Grant & Aid application attend the training. Mandatory Training Dates & TimesApplicants must attend one of the following in-person sessions:
Participants should bring their registration ticket to ensure proper check-in and attendance credit. If sessions reach capacity, additional sessions may be added. Registration InformationAdvance registration is required due to limited seating. Registration links and additional Grant & Aid Program information are available through the City of Winter Haven. All details related to the Grant & Aid application process will be reviewed during the mandatory training, and attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions.
