Enrollment is open for Emily Rogers Consulting + Coaching leadership development program, Leadership Essentials for Midlevel Managers. The live virtual program begins May 8, 2025 and early bird pricing is available through March 25th. Leadership Essentials For Mid-level Managers is a 12-week program designed for first-time or experienced mid-level managers who are leading teams. The program focuses on ten essential leadership development topics including 1) Understanding your management style 2) Improving your ability to direct, delegate, and motivate 3) Growing in emotional intelligence 4) Managing and resolving conflict 5) Creating a connected and inclusive culture 6) Developing highly functioning teams 7) Giving feedback and coaching others 8) Leading change 9) Strengthening leadership presence 10) Boosting resilience in the workplace.
The program fee is $725.00 through March 25th ($895.000 after March 25th) and includes 20+ hours of live virtual facilitation, a personalized DiSC Management Profile, 90 minutes of on-demand learning and the option to add one-on-one coaching with Emily to further enrich the experience.
