Since the program’s inception as one of Florida’s earliest community leadership programs (and Polk County’s first), over 500 people have completed the course. Leadership Winter Haven alumni represent a strong communications network within Greater Winter Haven uniting people of varied interests and backgrounds. From agribusiness to entrepreneur, finance to public servant, the program is rich with diversity.
Our Leadership Winter Haven Alumni program aims to engage past participants and extend the mission of Leadership Winter Haven beyond their class experience. Through this revamped program, alumni will have quarterly opportunities to connect with other alumni, access exclusive alumni-only day trips, and enhance their leadership skills.

Who can join Leadership Alumni?Anyone who has graduated from the Leadership Winter Haven program.
