Sara Beth Wyatt, President & CEO
Sara Beth Wyatt is a native of Winter Haven and has had a history of engagement and involvement in the Polk County community. She has most notably served as a member of the Polk County School Board representing District 4 since 2016 and is currently serving as its chair. In addition to her role with the School Board, Wyatt’s most recent position is Development Director for Theatre Winter Haven where she is responsible for securing resources and managing community relations for the organization. She has also served as Program Director for the Randy Roberts Foundation and as customer service staff for Publix Super Markets. Wyatt’s community work is extensive; she currently serves on the boards of directors for Polk Vision, Winter Haven Public Education Partnership (PEP), and Junior Achievement of Polk County. She also participates as an Advisory Board Member for Polk Academies and participates at the state level as a member of the Advocacy Committee for the Florida School Board Association.
Wyatt has a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunication | Media and Society from University of Florida, and two masters degrees from University of Central Florida in Nonprofit Management and Public Administration.

Jennifer Romberger, IOM, Vice President of Operations & Finance
Jennifer joined the chamber team in May of 2008. Her responsibilities are event planning, logistics, finance and everything else chamber related. She is a graduate from the U. S. Chamber Institute of Organization Management (Chamber College). She moved to Winter Haven from Pennsylvania in 1992. When she’s not event planning or working the numbers, Jennifer and her husband Ken enjoy spending time with their two boys. Jennifer is also a small-business owner, sewing specialty dog wear and accessories.

Ana Saavedra, Membership & Sponsorship Development Manager
Ana is a native Polk Countian who grew up in Lakeland and returned to the area after completing her degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Mass Communications and Statistics, from the University of Florida. After graduation, Ana was hired by Florida Southern College as an Admissions Counselor primarily focused on the recruitment and counseling of prospective students. Brianna Price, Marketing & Communications Manager
Brianna Price moved from Columbus, Ohio to Winter Haven 17 years ago and is currently living in Auburndale with her husband and fur-baby. Brianna spent two years studying at Polk State College and received her Bachelors degree in Communications at Southeastern University in Lakeland. When she's not working on communications for the Chamber, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dog, spending the day at Walt Disney World, volunteering at her church and spending time with family and friends. Hannah Spivey, Community & Events Coordinator
Hannah is from Alabama and moved to Polk County in July of 2020. She is currently living in Auburndale with her husband and enjoys reading, spending time with friends and volunteering at her church. Hannah spent four years at ministry school in Birmingham, Alabama and has a Bachelor of Christian Leadership from Ecclesia College in Arkansas.
