Katie Worthington Decker, President/CEO Katie joined the chamber team in March 2014. She moved to Lakeland in 1997 from Nashville, TN and after attending the University of Central Florida she moved to Winter Haven to start her career. Her experience includes commercial banking, medical clinic operations, insurance and marketing, online and public relations strategy with a concentration on business, economic development and tourism. Katie began volunteering for the chamber in 2006 and during that time was the founding chairwoman of the Winter Haven Young Professionals Group (now Endeavor Winter Haven), Winter Haven Chamber Foundation Chairwoman and the Vice Chair of Tourism for the Chamber Board of Directors. Katie believes the core strength of the Winter Haven business community is our focus on collaboration. She participates on the boards of the Winter Haven Economic Development Council, Main Street Winter Haven, Winter Haven Public Education Partnership, the Marketing and Sports & Special Events Committees of the Tourist Development Council and the Tax Oversight Committee of the Polk County Public Schools, to name a few. Jennifer Romberger,IOM, Vice President of Finance & Events Jennifer joined the chamber team in May of 2008. Her responsibilities are event planning, logistics, finance and everything else chamber related. She is a graduate from the U. S. Chamber Institute of Organization Management (Chamber College). She moved to Winter Haven from Pennsylvania in 1992. When she’s not event planning or working the numbers, Jennifer and her husband Ken enjoy spending time with their two boys. Jennifer is also a small-business owner, sewing specialty dog wear and accessories.
Ana Saavedra, Membership & Sponsorship Development Manager Ana is a native Polk Countian who grew up in Lakeland and returned to the area after completing her degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Mass Communications and Statistics, from the University of Florida. After graduation, Ana was hired by Florida Southern College as an Admissions Counselor primarily focused on the recruitment and counseling of prospective students. Brianna Price, Marketing & Events Coordinator Brianna Price moved to Winter Haven 16 years ago and is currently living in Auburndale with her husband and fur-baby. Brianna spent two years studying at Polk State College and received her Bachelors degree in Communications at Southeastern University in Lakeland. When she's not working on marketing and events, she enjoys exploring the great outdoors with her husband and dog, volunteering at her church and spending time with family and friends.
