100 Grant Winners to Mark State Farm 100th Anniversary

State Farm® is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2022 by building State Farm Neighborhood Assist® bigger and better. That means more submissions, more grants and spreading good to more communities.

In that spirit, State Farm agent Karen Bryan is happy to announce that State Farm Neighborhood Assist® will be awarding $2.5 million in grants to help fund neighborhood improvement projects across the country. The top 100 causes with the most votes will each receive a $25,000 grant.

No matter what your passion is – a literacy program, COVID relief efforts, social injustice initiatives or a playground in need of repair – you can be the catalyst for positive change.

What you should know

Any non-profit, school, governmental agency or anyone 18 yrs or older that is a US resident can nominate an organization.
This year, we will be accepting 4,000 entry form vs 2,000 like in previous years.
The application is short and simple. It only has 3 questions. Learn more and download the submission guide by visiting www.neighborhoodassist.com. The application opens up Feb. 16, 2022 at 1 PM (ET)

Your application will be judged based on your answers to the following three questions: (Get your answers ready now)

How much does the cause focus on an unmet need in this community?
Why do you feel the $25,000 would address the unmet need?
How much of a lasting impact on this community would the grant have?
The submission phase starts on Feb. 16, 2022 at 1PM EST and ends when 4,000 submissions are reached. You can prepare now by going to the website and downloading the submission guide. Last year, we received 2,000 entry forms in less that 40 minutes!
The Top 200 finalists will then be uploaded to www.neighborhoodassist.com where you can vote for 10 days - from April 27 – May 6, 2022. Each person gets up to 10 votes per day, every day.
The top 100 causes with the most votes will each win a $25,000 grant from State Farm! Winners will be announced on June 7, 2022 at www.neighborhoodassist.com .
