3D Conceptual Design and Fly-Thru for South Central Park

Chamber member Envisors: Engineers, Planners & Surveyors released this 3D rendering of the proposed (preliminary) design for downtown Winter Haven's South Central Park. This is the area on W Central Avenue between 4th and 5th St SW and Ave A SW and Magnolia to 3rd St SW. Check out this video to get a feel for what the new space *could* be. This video was created using HDLS scanning/survey data (existing conditions) and 3D visualization softwares to model the proposed park and streetscape improvements (future conditions).
