 Please join us in welcoming Ana Saavedra as our Membership & Sponsorship Development Manager! Ana is a native Polk Countian who grew up in Lakeland and returned to the area after completing her degree in Psychology, with a Minor in Mass Communications and Statistics, from the University of Florida. After graduation, Ana was hired by Florida Southern College as an Admissions Counselor primarily focused on the recruitment and counseling of prospective students. We were immediately impressed by Ana’s professionalism, energy, sales acumen, communication skills, and most importantly, her love for our Polk County community! Ana started with us on Monday, March 15. Her responsibilities will include being the primary liaison to our valued Chamber member investors, recruitment of new Chamber members, liaison to our Chamber Ambassadors, amplifying members' brand awareness through sponsorship and advertising opportunities, coordinating networking showcases, ribbon cuttings ceremonies, groundbreakings and member networking events.
