 Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida, P.A. recently held a Grand Opening / Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for their Patient Services Department. The department was previously located in Lake Wales and was recently moved into a new building near their Winter Haven Optical & Surgery Center. The Patient Services department handles all incoming phone calls for the company, appointment scheduling, and insurance verification. The Patient Services Department is a vital department of Eye Specialists of Mid-Florida and the entire organization is thrilled for this department’s new start in Winter Haven.
