The Florida Department of Health is actively monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) closely. Currently, two reported cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed in the State of Florida. At this time, there are no cases in Polk County. The Florida Department of Health in Polk County is working with state and local partners to ensure we are prepared to handle COVID-19 should it enter into Polk. The Florida Department of Health in Polk County would like to share some valuable resources that are currently available on the CDC website regarding COVID-19.
