 We are honored to announce that the Intense Ink has been awarded Small Business of the Month for September 2018! They were awarded this prestigious designation for their strong community involvement and collaborative spirit.  Owner Jarred Lovell has grown Intense Ink, in just a few short years, into one of the premier printing companies in Polk County. Back in 2014, Jarred and his father, Dale, started The Insider Magazine, and in January 2015 this morphed into Intense Ink Printing and Marketing. Jarred credits his father, Dale, who sadly passed away earlier this year, with providing him with the support and encouragement needed to branch out in a new direction. Today, Intense Ink employs 8 people who continue on the legacy of Jarred’s father. Intense Ink’s wonderful team have fostered partnerships across Polk County and indeed statewide. They have partnered with the Special Olympics organizations across Florida, Habitat for Humanity of East Polk County (where Jarred is now a Board member), Greater Winter Haven Chamber and the Haines City Chamber, Rotary Club of Winter Haven, Central Florida Health Care and Haines City High School, to name just a few. Intense Ink’s team have also donated countless hours and many thousands of dollars in graphics and print work to assist in the mission of each organization. Jarred instills in his team that commitment to the community is paramount. The ethos to give back wherever possible shines through with the team frequently giving of their expertise as well as physical presence at events, taking time with each of their clients and non-profit partners to assess their needs, and to help pull together a holistic marketing plan. “It’s all about our community and having a fantastic team of people working together” said Jarred when asked why he chose to do what he does. “The team’s enthusiasm and desire to do best for each and every client makes me very proud, and I know that my father Dale would be very proud of what we do every day.” Thank you and congratulations!
