 The Lakeland Magic have just named Anthony Parker General Manager and Stan Heath Head Coach of their team! General manager, Anthony Parker, played for the Lakeland Magic previously and also was a scout for the team. Head coach, Stan Heath, worked with USF, leading them to two 20-win seasons. Both are a great addition to the Lakeland Magic team. Along with the exciting news of new additions to the team, the Lakeland Magic also held their first youth camp at The Simpson Park Community Center. At this camp, Anthony and Stan were both able to inspire young campers to work hard and dream big. Both Anthony and Stan have the skill set to be a great asset to the Lakeland Magic team. Aside from his prior experience with the Lakeland Magic, Anthony played in 494 NBA games with Philidelphia, Orlando, Toronto and Clevland, according to the Lakeland Magic. He also spent time in Europe playing professionally. From 2007 to 2014 Stan coached at USF and also had a chance to help Kent State and Arkansa through the NCAA Tournament. He expresses his excitement to be in Central Florida and his excitement to be back on the court, working with the Lakeland Magic.
