 Photo Credit: Chip Litherland/LEGOLAND Florida Resort This week Parents.com got an exclusive look at the LEGOLAND Florida Beach Retreat which will be opening mid-2017. This resort will be located along Winter Haven's Lake Dexter and will feature 83 beached-themed bungalow duplexes, so 166 rooms. Each room can sleep up to 5. Amenities at the Retreat will include a themed pool, a sandy play area, a buffet-style restaurant and regularly departing shuttle service to and from the theme park. The beach retreat is one part of LEGOLAND's largest expansion which was announced in March of this year.
