Press Release provided by: SPCA Florida Did you know SPCA Florida’s Medical Center is a full-service medical center committed to providing quality veterinary care throughout the life of your personal pet. Performing regular exams, vaccinations, microchipping, spay/neuter surgeries, dental care, X-rays, and more complicated, specialty procedures. We also have an in-house pharmacy to accommodate your pet's needs. In addition, SPCA Florida’s Medical Center offers services to focus on spay and neutering Polk County’s feline population. All felines are accepted for spay and neuter services. Felines for income qualified clients, personal pets or community cats, are eligible under our grant funded program, to receive spay/neuter services and Rabies vaccine for only $35.00 per feline, until grant funds are exhausted.
1. Community Cats in traps (cats will receive an ear tip) 2. Income qualified personal pet cats in carriers (no ear tip) All animals must arrive between 7-7:30am and be picked up between 3-3:30. SPCA Florida takes pride in providing the upmost quality and compassionate care. About SPCA Florida Founded in 1979, SPCA Florida exists to eliminate animal suffering and engage the entire community in the welfare and well-being of animals. SPCA Florida will help and heal 20,000 dogs and cats through its SPCA Florida Animal Medical Center and provide direct care for 4,000 animals through its Adoption Center this year. Ani-Meals and Food Assistance Programs, provide food and medical care for animals of homebound families and families who need supplemental food for thousands of dogs and cats each year.
