The Lunz Group is seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual that thrives in a creative and collaborative setting to join our team in our Lakeland Office. We are in search of a Marketing Coordinator to provide creative support services for the Marketing team as well as other team members, as necessary. This person will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks from proposal coordination to project specific assistance. The ideal person would be collaborative, creative, task-oriented, organized and motivated individual who thrives in a creative environment. A degree in Marketing, Advertising/ Public Relations, and/or Graphic Design is preferred.

Responsibilities of Marketing Coordinator:

Prepare and submit business proposals
Maintain brand standards
Develop graphic material, marketing brochures and presentations as needed
Assist Director of Marketing as needed
Complete miscellaneous design tasks as needed
Communicate effectively among team members and clients, as required

Qualification of Marketing Coordinator:
-     Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
-     Knowledge in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Photoshop
-     Knowledge and skills for working with Dell Computers
-     Graphic Design experience
-    Experience using WordPress
-     Prioritizes tasks and manages time adequately
-     Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
-     Observant, self-motivated with a certain amount of follow-through
