Artist's Rendering of the Tupelo Vue Apartments

We are getting a lot of calls at the Chamber about the building quickly gaining height off of US 17 near 5th St NW and Ave G NW. This development is the Tupelo Vue apartments by Pinnacle Housing Group. Pinnacle describes the development as 70 luxury styled apartment units with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom options housed in three mid-rise buildings. The site will also include a separate clubhouse/amenity center.

The community will also be pursuing a National Green Building Standard.

According to Pinnacle Housing Group, they will begin pre-leasing the units in 30 days or so (November 2015) with a tentative opening date in February 2016.

I don't know that their pricing is available yet but when their leasing info comes out within the next month I will be sure to update the info on this site.

Please don't move to this place they are a bunch of rip offs it's always something they raise the rent whenever they want and there is nothing u can do about it the parking is very dangerous and they will tow your car. They don't support their residents at all they treat us like trash I can't wait till my lease is up I will be moving if not sooner

I would love to find out more about this location. It would be super for my husband and I since I work within 2 blocks of it. Do you know if they will be small pet (dog) friendly?
