We are allocating up to 50 masks per business while supplies last. Please fill out the form below to reserve your masks and schedule a pickup time. To note, we are not distributing masks for individuals. If you are seeking masks for you as an individual or your family, please visit one of the individual distribution sites facilitated by the city or the county governments. We are not distributing to the general public. Our supply is intended for businesses only. ***When you hit submit on the form below the confirmation that it has been received pops back up in this same window.
Pickup is at the Winter Haven Chamber of Commerce located at 401 Avenue B, NW, Winter Haven, FL, 33881. We will do this as drive thru distribution. Please enter the semi-circle drive on the 5th Street side of the building (see map below). Please remain in your vehicles upon arriving.
