Winter Haven City Commission Recognizes Winter Haven Optimist Club for 50 years of Service9/28/2021  On September 27, 2021, the City of Winter Haven Commissioners acknowledged the Winter Haven Optimist Club for its 50 years of service to the youth of the community. They presented a Proclamation to the Club for those years of service. Former Optimist member and current City Commission JP Powell is shown presenting the Proclamation to Club President Perry Albritton.
